RV Rentals for Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival

Manchester has very few hotel rooms for a crowd this size, and the festival's own campgrounds are where almost everyone sleeps. A rig changes what that week is like:

• Every RV pass on The Farm comes with a 30 or 50 amp hookup, so air conditioning runs through a Middle Tennessee June
• Spots are assigned by arrival order, so an early arrival parks closer to Centeroo than a late one
• Vehicle re-entry costs $40 and is discouraged, which means arriving stocked and then staying put
• Starship Spaceport and Basecamp have no water or sewer connections, so your tanks are the whole supply for four days
• A companion vehicle has to arrive at the same time as the RV or its pass is void

It becomes your base for the full stretch, not somewhere you drive back to at night.

Bonnaroo states plainly that RV delivery is not allowed, so this rental works differently from most of ours:

1. You collect the unit at Old Hickory the day before you want to be in line
2. We cover tanks, the shore cord and, on a towable, the hitch and brake controller
3. You drive to Manchester and enter through the campground toll with your pass
4. You return it to us after the festival

Two limits decide which unit fits. Each space is about 20 by 50 feet and slides, awning and any tent must stay inside that box. Generators must be under 4KW, one per vehicle, with no more than 10 gallons of fuel aboard. One warning worth reading twice: the pass rules say trailers are not allowed in the campgrounds, while the RV FAQ says a towed camper needs an RV pass. Our Class C motorhome is the only unit in the fleet that question does not touch.
